All other obstetrical or gynaecological care requires a referral from your primary health care provider. To make an appointment to see us, please visit your doctor/care provider and have them fill out a referral form and send it to us.

Please do not call our clinic to make a medical appointment if you haven’t been seen by your primary care provider and do not already have a referral from them.
